1. Check your security settings in Adobe (step 2 in the link)


2. Disable Print in GrayScale in Adobe

  • Open Acrobat Reader DC application 
  • Open any PDF in it 
  • Go to File > Print 
  • Under Print dialog box (or in the settings/options for your printer) check whether the option 'Print in grayscale (black and white)' is checked or not If it is checked, please uncheck it.
